• The ceremony may be arranged at many of the local churches or you may select one of the venue's of Gems Of Barbados.
• Our hotel's beauty salon offers special bridal hairdressing and make-up services.
• We can provide witnesses - Staff of Gems will be happy to oblige if desired.

Marriage licenses can be obtained from the Ministry of Home Affairs, located in Bridgetown- Monday to Friday. The couple must visit the office in person to complete the legalities of your tropical Caribbean wedding.

You will need:

• Valid passports or the original or certified copies of birth certificates.
• If either party was divorced, an original decree absolute or a certified copy of the final judgment.
• If either party was previously widowed, a certified copy of the marriage certificate and death certificate in respect of the deceased spouse.
• Return airline tickets.
• Witnesses - Staff of Gems will be happy to oblige if desired.
